We invited Dr Olusola Segun (of Nigerian origin) and Dr Uday Kumar from the USA to hangout with our wards. Our wards explained about bazaar, learnt about flea market and shopping areas of USA.
Dr Olusola Segun, dressed up beautifully in her traditional attire, taught our wards to say hello in her mother tongue. We really appreciate Dr Segun for sparing her time, in-spite of her busy schedule and the difference in the time zone. We would like to thank her for this nice gesture.
We would like to thank Dr Uday for showing nice pictures of shops, toys, masks, etc., which was very interesting for our wards.
Our bazaar was a huge success. It replicated a real bazaar of buying and selling. All our wards dressed like vendors, set up a variety of small shops and sold their goods for real money. They had fun shopping. Thanks to all the parents for enabling their children to participate in this 'Show Your Skills' event and for making it a grand success.
